red care offers a more secure form of alarm monitoring than the above Digital Communicator, as the service provides continuous monitoring of a BT telephone line that links the alarm system on your premises to our Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC). Therefore if a line fault occurs, a warning will be displayed in our ARC, which is then subject to key holder response only unless preceded by an intruder activation. Monitoring charges for redcare are from just over 60p per day.

redcare gsm is even more secure than redcare service by using O2's GSM network. This enables your premises to be linked to our alarm receiving centre via two completely separate land line and radio paths. If one path fails or is interrupted, our alarm receiving centre is informed, and the other continues to monitor any subsequent alarms. Monitoring charge for redcare gsm at present is £1 per day.

redcare gsm conforms to new police policies on confirmed alarms.

Should the primary line fail, redcare gsm protects customers' Level 1 police response by automatically delivering alarm signals over the backup path.
